《神农本草经》云:“神农尝百草,日遇七十二毒,得荼而解之”。荼,即茶。远古时代,先民们茹草饮血,过着原始生活。为了让广大老百姓能够安全饮食,严防因饮食不当引发疾病,神农氏亲自尝百草,辨别百草的可食用性。在这一过程中,神农氏发现了茶,开辟了茶为药用文化。
"Shennong materia medica classic" says: "Shennong tastes all kinds of herbs, meets 72 poisons a day, and gets tea to solve it". Tea is tea. In ancient times, the ancestors drank blood and lived a primitive life. In order to enable the people to eat safely and prevent diseases caused by improper diet, Shennong personally tasted hundreds of herbs and identified the edible nature of hundreds of herbs. In this process, Shennong discovered tea and opened up the culture of tea as medicine.
